This early 20th-century French folding deck chair (often referred to as a 'steamer chair') features a sturdy, warmly patinated wooden frame and beautiful hand-woven cane (paglia di Vienna) panels on both the seat and the tall backrest. Designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, it includes generous armrests, an adjustable reclining mechanism with carved wooden notches, and a matching extendable footrest to transform it into a full chaise longue. Highly practical and versatile, it can be completely folded flat for storage.
