Refund and Return Policy

The Nature of Our Items (Vintage and Antique Clause) Atelier Bellinzona curates and offers antique and vintage objects. Natural signs of age, wear, historical manufacturing imperfections, or patina are not to be considered "defects" but intrinsic characteristics that certify the piece's authenticity and history. All conditions are fully described in the texts and visible in the high-resolution photographs, which are an integral part of the description.

Right of Withdrawal Under European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you physically receive the item.

How to Process a Return

1. Notify us of your intention to return the item by emailing our contact address within the 14-day window.

2. Shipping costs for returning the item are exclusively the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back at our Atelier.

3. The item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was shipped. We ask you to pack it with the same care and, if possible, using the same protective materials it arrived in.

Refunds Once the returned item has been received and its integrity verified, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen during purchase. If the returned item shows damages not present at the time of initial shipment, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund due to the loss in the item's value.

La natura dei nostri oggetti (Clausola Vintage e Antiquariato) L'Atelier Bellinzona seleziona e propone oggetti antichi e di modernariato. I naturali segni del tempo, l'usura, le imperfezioni di fabbricazione storica o la patina non sono da considerarsi "difetti", ma caratteristiche intrinseche che certificano l'autenticità e la storia del pezzo. Tutte le condizioni sono ampiamente descritte nei testi e visibili nelle fotografie ad alta risoluzione, che costituiscono parte integrante della descrizione.

Diritto di recesso Ai sensi del Codice del Consumo, hai il diritto di recedere dall'acquisto, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o un terzo da te designato ricevete fisicamente l'oggetto.

Come effettuare un reso

1. Comunicaci la tua volontà di rendere l'oggetto scrivendo una email ai nostri contatti entro i 14 giorni.

2. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione dell'oggetto sono esclusivamente a carico dell'acquirente. Ti consigliamo vivamente di utilizzare un servizio di spedizione tracciabile e assicurato, poiché l'oggetto è sotto la tua responsabilità fino all'arrivo nel nostro Atelier.

3. L'oggetto deve essere restituito nelle stesse esatte condizioni in cui è stato spedito. Ti chiediamo di imballarlo con la stessa cura e, se possibile, utilizzando gli stessi materiali protettivi con cui lo hai ricevuto.

Rimborsi Una volta ricevuto l'articolo reso e verificata la sua integrità, provvederemo a emettere il rimborso (escluse le spese di spedizione originali) entro 14 giorni, utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento scelto in fase di acquisto. Se l'oggetto restituito dovesse presentare danni non presenti al momento della partenza, ci riserviamo il diritto di trattenere una parte o la totalità del rimborso per deprezzamento del bene.
