Processing and Packaging Time Every item at Atelier Bellinzona is a unique piece, often antique and very fragile. To ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition, we dedicate the utmost care to its packaging. For this reason, orders are processed, packed, and handed over to the courier within 3-4 working days of receiving payment.

Destinations and Costs We ship throughout Italy, Europe, and worldwide. Where available, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the package and the final destination. Furniture, oversized or particularly fragile items may require a bespoke shipping quote. If no shipping option is available at checkout, please contact us and we will provide a tailored delivery estimate. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

What to do upon delivery (Shipping Damage) Despite our careful packaging, accidents during transport can happen. Please always inspect the exterior of the package upon delivery. If the box appears visibly dented, crushed, or wet, sign the courier's receipt with the note "Accepted with reserve – damaged package." In the event that an item arrives broken, it is essential to notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of both the damaged item and the internal and external packaging. Beyond this timeframe, we will unfortunately be unable to open a claim with the courier's insurance.
